Does your team have more work than you can manage because of COVID-19? If so, you may be able to get additional temporary resource through UCL Together. Sign up to one of our UCL Together open sessions to find out more.

The impact of COVID-19 has left some UCL teams struggling to complete key activities with the resource available to them. If this is the case for you or your team, you can request additional temporary support via UCL Together.

Simply submit your request by filling in a short form on the UCL Together website. We will then review your requirements and do their best to quickly match you with a volunteer (or volunteers) who have the skills and availability you need. We typically review requests within 24-48 hours and if we already have someone that meets your requirements we’ll put you in touch with them straight away.

You can find out more about the initiative and speak to a member of the team to get your questions answered by joining one of our online sessions. We have currently scheduled four sessions on the following dates:

  • Friday 15 May, 11-11.30am
  • Monday 18 May, 3-3.30pm
  • Tuesday 19 May, 1-1.30pm
  • Wednesday 20 May, 10-10.30am

To sign up for a session, email us at UCLtogether@ucl.ac.uk. Please specify which session you would like to attend and we’ll send you an invite. If you are unable to attend a Q&A you can still email us at UCLtogether@ucl.ac.uk.

And remember, if you have some spare capacity, you can still volunteer to provide support to another team. Visit the UCL Together webpages for further information.

We are currently planning to run UCL Together until 30 June, however, we will continue to review this as things evolve.
