UCL Ways of Working announced as a Business Culture Award finalist

UCL's Ways of Working initiative has been chosen as a finalist in the Business Culture Awards. A massive thanks and congratulations to all involved in developing, launching and embedding the framework.
We are up against some strong names such as the Home Office; Civil Service Fast Stream & Early Talent; WWF UK & M&S; and Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust. The 29 judges will be looking for evidence of a substantial initiative which has had a demonstrable impact on their Business Culture.
"Being a finalist in the Business Culture awards reflects not only the quality and substance of the framework, but the way it continues to be embedded within UCL key practices and processes. This could not happen without colleagues in faculties, departments, VP offices and central services pro-actively getting involved. Massive thanks to all of those who have been involved in developing the framework and website, who have included Ways of Working in team activities, in an appraisal process, in a recruitment campaign, or who have nominated colleagues for a Ways of Working award – this is for you!" Sian Christina, Interim Director of Organisational Development.
We will know whether we have won or been highly commended at the Awards Night on Thursday 14 November.
