Tea and Talk

This November, Workplace Wellbeing will focus on CONNECTING. Social connections are recognised as one of five ways to boost our mental wellbeing.

There are a few simple changes we can implement to connect more:

  • Walking to talk to a colleague instead of sending an email
  • Having lunch together
  • Arranging to meet your friends
  • Joining a club or a class
  • Volunteering

On 14 November we invite you to join us for lunch to share food and stories. We will provide tea and coffee, so bring some food to share and let’s chat.

This is an opportunity for you to meet colleagues from across UCL, get to know each other, reflect on your wellbeing and hear from Daniel Ward (Public Health England) about Every Mind Matters campaign and about wellbeing resources available to you at UCL.
