We are pleased to announce the launch of Postdoc Appreciation Week, a festival to celebrate the hard work of UCL's early stage research staff. Organisational Development has today announced the schedule for Monday, which includes a welcome event, a workshop exploring the role of failure in building a successful academic career, an introduction to a skills and career development programme, a researcher-led workshop on pre-print peer review, and a session on developing your teaching practice. 

Tuesday's schedule is set to be announced tomorrow.
