Time to Talk Day – 7 February

This year’s Time to Talk Day is all about bringing together the right ingredients, to have a conversation about mental health. Whether that’s tea, biscuits and close friends or a room full of people challenging mental health stigma, we want you to get talking.
There are a lot of different ways to talk about mental health and however you do so, talking breaks down barriers.
We encourage to take a moment to ask your colleague “how are you today” and really listen to their answer instead of rushing on with your day.
