UCL's biennial staff survey launches today - now is your chance to have your say
The UCL Staff Survey is now open until 24 November 2017. It is a follow up to the 2015 survey in which 42% of staff completed the questionnaire. This survey will aim to raise the participation rate to 57% based on the 2013 response rate. It is important that as many staff as possible from across all faculties, Vice Provosts offices and Professional Services divisions complete the survey to achieve meaningful results ensuring a wide representative picture is available.
One of the main objectives will be to benchmark progress based on the staff journey since the 2015 survey to see what UCL have improved upon and what else may be required to become an excellent employer of choice.
The staff survey will:
- Measure the effectiveness of UCL’s leadership and management to be able to achieve our vision;
- Review central and local action plans to share best practice across the university; and
- Identify new initiatives to help increase staff engagement
