Stress management and mindfulness

Invest some time in your wellbeing, and join us for the three workshops introducing good habits for life.

This workshop will focus on how stress is caused in our everyday life, especially at work, and how we can manage that.

You will learn several evidence-based techniques to mitigate your stress level, with a strong focus on mindfulness meditation. This will be complemented by practical and interactive exercises during the session.
