UCL Leadership Programmes

Supporting the development for UCL Leaders and Prospective Leaders.

The UCL Leadership Programmes offer a wide range of online and in-person learning opportunities for individuals at any stage of their career, whether they are starting out or leading departments. These programmes provide a variety of tools to enhance management and leadership skills, including self-paced online courses, opportunities for career advancement, and guidance through mentoring and coaching.

Applications for 2023-24 are now closed. Applications for our 2024-25 programmes will open in Summer 2024.

We also offer a broad range of Leadership Development which you can access at your own time.

People Management Essentials

UCL's people management development programme provides line managers with all the necessary tools for supporting and developing our people.
