Women in research is an intensive programme designed to support leadership development and career planning of self-identifying female research students, early career researchers and teaching staff.
A supportive group of peers who use coaching skills, to find action plans to tackle work-related issues and goals, reducing overall stress. This programme is open to PhDs and ECRs.
