The Research Staff Development Programme (RSDP) is designed to expand your transferable skills, support your research, professional development, and employability

The RSDP is informed by the Researcher Development Framework (RDF), the national framework to support the development of researchers. Courses are free to attend for all UCL academics, researchers, teaching staff and professional services staff supporting research.

Leadership in Action (LiA)

An online Leadership Programme designed to prepare early-stage researchers for leadership in their chosen research field, or within the wider community.




Peer-coaching for early-stage researchers

A supportive group of peers who use coaching skills, to find action plans to tackle work-related issues and goals, reducing overall stress. This programme is open to PhDs and ECRs.
