Employee Assistance Programme: Staff Support Service - the online platform is available to all staff and PhD students at UCL.

  • There is a whole section dedicated to nutrition, including recipes and a food log. Enter your details to get a tailored plan and insights. 
  • Access the Sound Space and listen to podcasts by expert nutritionists to learn about gut health, supplements and better brain health.  

British Dietetic Association - Workplace Health collaborated with the British Dietetic Association to deliver workshops and resources. This is to help you make healthier food choices.
