Telephone support

Care First supports UCL staff with a team of Citizens Advice Bureau trained professionals who can provide independent advice and information about the practical issues linked with concerns inside and outside the workplace.
This service can help you with a wide range of work, family, and personal issues. From work-life balance to childcare information, relationships to workplace issues, debt to disability, Employee Assistance Programme can support you on the issues that affect all of us at some point in our lives. 

This service is available on 0800 197 4510 from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays.
