UCL Exit Survey
We really appreciate you taking the time to complete this optional survey, which will take less than 5 minutes. It is designed to help us understand why our staff leave and what we can do to retain our talent. This will also help us with our requirement to report to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (https://www.hesa.ac.uk/) on where our staff are going after leaving UCL.
Your responses will be saved securely and reviewed in conjunction with Equal Opportunities monitoring data. This will show us if there are trends relating to reasons for leaving and particular protected characteristics.
