Spotlight on (external campaigns)

spotlight

There is a vast range of public awareness campaigns throughout the year. Whilst we would like to do something for every one of these, we aim to spotlight those most relevant to the workplace, and UCL's strategic priorities in the area of wellbeing
  • Stress Awareness Month - Stress Awareness Month is every April to raise awareness of stress and its effects. Learn and consider how to mitigate the risk of experiencing stress and how to manage it in the workplace.
  • World Suicide Prevention Day - Held on 10 September the campaign aims to raise awareness and reduce stigma on suicide. Global organisations come to together to advocate for suicide prevention, adequate treatment and follow up care for those who have attempted suicide.
  • World Mental Health Day - World Mental Health Day is on 10 October and is an opportunity to talk about, protect and improve our mental health.
