The UCL People Plan 2025/26–2027/28 sets out how we will strengthen the working environment, services and support that enable our staff community to thrive.
The plan has been shaped by what staff have told us matters most – through engagement activity, leadership discussions and the 2024 Staff Experience Survey. It brings together existing commitments and new priorities into a clear framework for action over the next three years.
At its core, the People Plan is about improving staff experience. It focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment, providing clearer and fairer career development, building a connected and adaptable workforce, and making people processes easier and more effective.
