Donna Dalrymple

Chief People Officer

Donna joined UCL in February 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience from six years as Director of HR in the further education sector, preceded by over 15 years in HR management roles in the NHS; including working at UCLH as an HR Business Partner and then heading their Employee Relations function.

Donna leads a team of HR business partners to provide the school with strategic HR support. This includes working with Faculties to develop and implement local strategies for attraction, retention, engagement and the development of people; to ensure the School makes of the most of their talent.
