Contacting HR

An overview of the teams involved in the delivery of HR at UCL and how line managers and leaders interact with them is available through our ‘signposting to people management’ illustration.  

The Human Resources Division is the central team, ensuring high quality, consistent and compliant HR practices accross the institution, providing People Partnering to Faculties, PS Divisions and VP Offices.  We are based in Bidborough House.

Transactional HR processes are managed by HR Services and are a separate team based within the PS Hub.   Payroll is delivered by our colleagues in Finance, also based within the PS Hub.

Human Resources is split into seven teams, each led by one of the HR Senior Leadership Team.
