Cristina González is a Spanish Ancient History student. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Madrid, taking a degree that combined Classics, Ancient History, and Archaeology, and in 2016 joined UCL to undertake the MA in Ancient History. She is currently working towards a PhD on Hellenistic military history. Her main area of interest is the interaction between the Seleukid and Attalid monarchies and the soldiers in the military settlements of Asia minor, to which end her research is based mainly on epigraphic material.
