As of 2023, Rosie Beacon, UCL History graduate 2017, is the Research Manager and Head of Health at the Reform Think Tank. She was invited to appear on BBC Sunday Morning Live on their NHS episode.

In the episode, Rosie and the panel debate, ‘Is the NHS worth saving?'.

The reason the NHS is so overburdened is because we have poor underlying population health and an aging population. The NHS is, at the moment, not that efficient, particularly in hospitals... backlogs are through the roof... hospital estates are falling apart, and equipment is outdated.
