CSLBS's research features in BBC documentary: Britain’s Forgotten Slave Owners

The work of the UCL Centre for the Study of the Legacies of British Slavery to analyse historic compensation claims is profiled in a BBC documentary about the abolition of slavery: Britain’s Forgotten Slave Owners.
In the first episode ‘Profit and Loss’, Professor Catherine Hall (UCL History) said: “We needed to look at all the records [...] to know the scale of it”.
