UCL History has an active alumni network comprising more than 3,500 former students.

Each year the department hosts two alumni evenings (also known as 'Lecture Parties'), which provide an opportunity for alumni to catch up with old friends whilst enjoying a short talk by a member of the department as well as wine and nibbles. You can find listings for upcoming alumni evenings on our News and Events page. If you're subscribed to our alumni mailing list you will also receive updates by email, along with occasional news items or notifications about other events that may be of interest to you.

Thank you

The department is particularly grateful to those alumni who volunteer their time to help us; to Peter Dawe for organising visits and reunions, to Neil Matthews for editing the annual magazine, to those who help provide careers advice to current students, and of course to our generous benefactors whose gifts have helped students of all backgrounds to access both undergraduate and postgraduate education.
