Foundation for Endangered Languages 2021 Conference

This year’s FEL conference has the theme of Diaspora languages. HJS staff and research students are encouraged to submit an abstract.

This year’s annual international conference of the Foundation for Endangered Languages (FEL) has the special theme of Diaspora languages. This includes endangered Jewish languages such as Yiddish, Ladino, Judeo-Arabic, contemporary Jewish Aramaic, Judeo-Persian, and others.

The conference is being organised with the support of Hebrew and Jewish Studies staff member Prof Lily Kahn. HJS staff and research students working on topics related to Jewish languages are encouraged to submit an abstract.
