UCL Healthy Ageing Symposium report now available

The UCL Healthy Ageing Symposium in February was a great demonstration of government, charity, business & academia coming together to tackle societal issues
In late February, the UCL Institute of Healthcare Engineering hosted the 'Healthy Ageing Symposium' - an event aimed at addressing the challenges of ageing healthily. The symposium brought together diverse voices, including academics, industry leaders and charity representatives.

- Social engagement/services during ageing
- Care support for age-related diseases & extending independence at home
Follow-up sessions are being planned and qualifying UCL academics can apply for seed funding to develop links, ideas and collaborations on these topics.
