A number of research funders run regular equipment or resources calls which are relevant to researchers based in the Life & Medical Sciences Faculties. These calls may require institutional contributions to the cost of the requested equipment and/or limit the number of applications that may be submitted from a given university.
The Research Coordination Office for the Life & Medical Sciences Faculties oversees the review and triage of applications to be submitted to these external equipment and resource calls.
