UCL Health of the Public Early Career Network Grant/Fellowship Writing Mentoring Event

Join us on 30 April for this mentoring session on grant/fellowship writing hosted by the UCL Health of the Public Early Careers Network.

Are you thinking of applying for a grant or fellowship? Would you like tailored feedback from a senior academic mentor on your developing research proposal?

The UCL Health of the Public Early Careers Network (ECN) is running a mentoring session on grant/fellowship writing for Early Career Researchers on 30th April from 1-3pm.

At this 2-hour workshop, early career researchers will have the chance to present details of a grant or fellowship proposal that they are developing and receive feedback from a senior academic mentor and their peers. Each early career researcher will deliver a three-minute presentation about their proposal and the senior academic mentor and peers will then ask questions and provide constructive feedback. This will be done in small groups of one senior academic mentor and four researchers.

Participants will be required to submit details of their proposed research to secure a place at the event. These outline proposals will be shared with the senior academic mentors and other participants within each small group in advance of the session.

This will be an in-person only event, taking place in IOE main building (20 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0NS).

There are only 12 places available which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

To reserve a place, you must:
