RESEARCH
Current research interest is in the role learning plays in addictive behaviours such as smoking. Research projects currently include:
  • Development and evaluation of an interactive, internet-based smoking cessation intervention (StopAdvisor)
  • Analysis of a rolling programme of household surveys that provide national statistics relating to smoking (the Smoking Toolkit Study)
TEACHING
Has delivered lectures and small group practicals on 'Intelligence and IQ' at University of Cambridge. Currently supervises some student projects on the BSc Psychology at UCL and runs a weekly journal club for the MSc Health Psychology.
