I am interested in the use of structural biology and molecular biophysics to understand mechanisms of disease. Currently, I am undertaking a 3-month rotation in the Hansen group, using advanced NMR techniques to study ORF6, a flexible accessory protein from SARS-CoV-2. I also run the Hansen group Instagram (@hansenlab.ucl). Outside of science, I enjoy rowing, baking and tending to my growing houseplant collection.
September 2020 - present: UCL-Birkbeck MRC DTP PhD student.
2016 - 2020: MSci in Natural Sciences (Biology and Chemistry) at Durham University.
