This one-day conference responds to the growing and urgent mental health needs of young people.
With mental health needs rising amongst young people, there is a pressing need for pioneering breakthroughs in prevention and early intervention.
Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Week and co-badged with UCL200, this event, led by UCL’s Grand Challenge of Mental Health & Wellbeing, will showcase cutting-edge research focused on improving mental health outcomes for children and young people. Aligned with the UCL Healthy Minds Hub, a new initiative designed to build partnerships and increase investment in prevention and early intervention, the event will bring together a wide range of expertise to explore the most impactful solutions to current mental health challenges.
The conference will share findings from interdisciplinary projects driving innovation, spotlight NHS partners translating research into practice, and provide networking opportunities to support new collaborations.
