The constitution and governance of UCL are defined in and regulated by the Charter and Statutes and UCL’s Regulations for Management.
UCL’s Charter and Statutes may be amended following a Special Resolution made by Council and the consent of the Privy Council. The Regulations for Management may be amended by the Council.
