This project aims to better understand the determinants of employee performance in governments.
Using metaregression analysis, the scholars will delve into the determinants of individual characteristics and how they relate to employee performance in the public sector.
The application of metaregression techniques to this study could ultimately propose managerial studies to increase employee performance in government.
- Workshops by Dr Fabian Homberg, Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Luiss Business School, were held in May 2019.
