The influence of individual characteristics on the performance of government employees

Understanding employee performance in government. Part of the Cities partnership Programme.

20 February 2020

This project aims to better understand the determinants of employee performance in governments.

Using metaregression analysis, the scholars will delve into the determinants of individual characteristics and how they relate to employee performance in the public sector.

The application of metaregression techniques to this study could ultimately propose managerial studies to increase employee performance in government.
