The Global Engagement team is relaunching the UCL Europe Regional Network, an internal network for UCL staff from across the university with an interest in or links to the region.
This might include those of you working in collaborative research, teaching or other capacities with universities and research organisations in Europe, or those with an interest in HE policy questions with relevance to Europe and the EU.
The network's first meeting will give some insight into life after Brexit at UCL, including its impact on Horizon, recruitment and student mobility. We will also look at partnership models, UCL's membership in sectoral networks and how to keep an overview of all things Europe. This will include talking about how the UCL Europe Regional Network could and should work, and how you might shape and benefit from it.
This virtual meeting will be held on MS Teams and is also open to UCL's global partners from across Europe. UCL Pro-Vice-Provost (Europe) Dr Uta Staiger will be chairing.
