McGill University

The WHO Tuberculosis Individual Patient Data (TB-IPD) platform, currently hosted by UCL, builds upon the foundational work initiated by McGill University. The project was led by Professor Dick Menzies and Assistant Professor Jonathon Campbell, together with Tommy Lan, Mayara Bastos, and Andrea Benedetti. This team has been pivotal in managing and analysing TB IPD datasets, particularly in MDR TB from 2010.

The 2021 dataset was curated by the University of Sydney under the leadership of Professor Greg Fox and his team: Dr. Tasnim Hasan, Dr. Ellie Medcalf, Dr. Hannah Morgan, and Dr. Timothy Schlub. In addition to serving as data curators, they also contributed patient data to the integrated dataset.
