Julian Schweitzer

Julian has worked extensively in international development and public health for the World Bank, DfiD, WHO and many other organizations. He has specialized in health systems development and most recently in investigating why some countries have been much more successful, at similar levels of economic development, in achieving the health MDGs. He chaired the Board of the Partnership for Maternal and Newborn Health in 2009-10 and has also served on the Boards of GAVI and the Global Fund.He is currently senior fellow with Results for Development in Washington DC.
