The Institute for Global Health have successfully renewed their Silver Athena Swan award. Our submission was met with an incredibly positive response by the panel, demonstrating IGH's strong commitment to gender equality. IGH were first awarded the Silver level award in 2018 and the recent renewal will be valid until March 2028.

The panel found the application "demonstrates a clear commitment to gender equality and intersectionality within the IGH; across teach and research, as well as in the experiences of its staff and students."

The application was additionally comended for being "exceptionally well-written and clearly laid out, and a pleasure to review."

We are incredibly happy with this achievement and would like to thank Lucy Crick, our EDI Coordinator for 16 months, and the EDI team for their support and incredible efforts. Details from our submission may be available on our website soon.
