Join the Institute for Global Health's Centre for Global Non Communicable Diseases as they host Dr Ranjita Dhital to discuss "Co-creating knowledge exchange to inform alcohol research, policy and practice in Nepal."

Dr Ranjita Dhital (a Lecturer in Interdisciplinary Health Studies, Arts and Sciences Department, UCL) will present her research from Kathmandu which uses ethnographic scoping of community and cultural assets to reduce alcohol harm and a critical realist review. She is using multi-modal, participatory approaches to critically review current policy work and explore other forms of knowledge – centring indigenous knowledge – for its cultural and contextual relevance to reduce alcohol harm.
