The IGH EDI executive committee helps to coordinate a number of working groups with aims that align with the overall committee.
Communications and Community working group
The communications and community working group leads on staff EDI communication and community buiding activities within IGH, including managing EDI web page content, with the aim to promoting an inclusive, tolerant and diverse working environment within IGH. Its current membership is:

Data and Writing working group
The data and writing working group leads on data collection, analysis and presentation relating to the EDI environment within IGH, and on drafting future Athena Swan renewal submissions. Its current membership is:

Education working group

Mentoring and Coaching working group
