•    Target Audience: Aspiring and current mid-career level managers.
•    Objective: Providing a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary healthcare landscape while developing leadership and management skills for 21st-century challenges.
•    Focus: Principles and practices of effective and efficient healthcare management.
