Associate Lecturer (Teaching) in Environment, Politics and Society

This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the MSc Environment, Politics, and Society programme. You’ll engage students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, delivering dynamic, thought-provoking content in human geography and social sciences. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in a relevant field and a passion for creating an inclusive and interactive learning environment.

Associate Lecturer (Teaching) in Geospatial Data Analysis and Cartography

We are seeking a skilled educator to support teaching in Cartography and Environmental GIS. If you have expertise in GIS, spatial statistics, and data visualisation, this role will allow you to guide first-year students through quantitative geography and geospatial analysis. You will play a key role in shaping future geographers and scientists through tutorials and course content.

Lecturer in Environmental Governance

We are looking for a full-time Lecturer in Environmental Governance to contribute to both teaching and cutting-edge research in this critical field. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with physical geography researchers. A PhD in Human Geography or a related discipline and an innovative research agenda are essential. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on UCL’s research and teaching in environmental change and policy.

Lecturer in Geographies of Health

The Department is launching a new research cluster in the Geographies of Health and is looking for a Lecturer to lead this initiative. The role will focus on teaching health geography topics, including spatial analysis, health development, and urban health. You will contribute to UCL’s growing expertise in this area, with opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration across UCL’s Health of the Public community.
