The Corporate Criminal Offence Policy has been approved by Council and endorsed by Audit Committee and sets out UCL’s commitment to preventing associated persons from engaging in the criminal facilitation of tax evasion in the UK or overseas.

UCL is strongly committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our relationships and business dealings wherever we operate and to conducting our business in an honest and ethical manner. We have a zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion and the facilitation of tax evasion, and will implement and enforce effective systems to counter it. 

In order to support our staff to understand and identify tax evasion and how it might occur, we are putting in place a programme of risk assessments, training and awareness.
