UCL Festival of Culture
Due to the current challenges surrounding coronavirus, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone the UCL Festival of Culture, originally scheduled for Monday 1st to Friday 5th June 2020.
The health and safety of our visitors, members of staff and students is our most important priority.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this decision causes and thank you for your continued support for the Festival of Culture and understanding at this very challenging time.
Highlights of the 2019 Festival
This five-day-long festival took place from Monday 3 to Friday 7 June 2019, featuring a packed programme of talks, panels, exclusive appearances, live performance, walking tours, film screenings and exhibitions, showcasing the world-class research being carried out by staff and students from across the arts, humanities, social sciences and education.
Playing host to a wealth of award-winning authors, iconic artists, emerging talent, international writers and leading thinkers, UCL’s fourth Festival of Culture offered over 80 opportunities to engage with the ground-breaking ways in which UCL research challenges social norms, confronts the past and helps us to think critically about the present.
