About the lecture:

Artificial intelligence technologies are now used in everyday life, from transportation route planning to socialising with others. One main advantage of this technology is its ability to provide detailed personalised information to anyone.

This advantage presents a critical opportunity in healthcare since every patient is unique. The stakes are even greater in brain tumour care, as these types of cancer have a particularly significant impact on individuals, whether through frequent hospital appointments, uncertainty in treatment options and effects, or side effects from either a brain tumour or the treatment itself. In this lecture, we shall explore the opportunities artificial intelligence may bring to personalise and enhance brain tumour care.
