Combined Languages

Our flexible programmes allow students to combine one of our languages with another language, choosing from UCL Hebrew and Jewish Studies or the UCL School of Slavonic & East European Studies (SSEES).

Languages offered in our School may include: Danish, Dutch, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Norwegian, Old Norse, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish.

Options available outside of our department may include: Bulgarian, Czech, Finnish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian/Croatian, Slovak, Ukrainian or Yiddish.

Each degree will have its own entry requirements and UCAS code.

Combined Languages

Our languages can be studied as single Honours degrees, or in combination with another language at UCL (e.g., French and Russian BA; German and Polish BA, etc.). Please refer to the UCL Prospectus for details of all available combinations, or contact us directly for guidance.
