Carina is the Communications and Outreach Intern of the UCL European Institute, and responsible for content creation on its social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram. She also assists with photography and videography work and helps to administer the Institute’s website.
Carina holds a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Malmö University, Sweden, and is currently doing her MFA in Creative Documentary by Practice at UCL. In her film projects, she seeks to address her academic interests in political participation, migration, and inequalities.
Prior to her Master’s, Carina spent a gap year studying Arabic in Amman, Jordan and has worked with aid organisations in Jordan, Lebanon, and Sweden.
