The German version of the Lost & Found pop-up exhibition features contemporary writer and translator Esther Kinsky, beat poet Jörg Fauser, or Austrian exile writers Anna Sebastian and Stefan Zweig, alongside many other European writers in other languages.

We are co-curating the pop-up’s journey with the British Council and the British Embassy in Berlin for 2025 and 2026.

Having made its first appearance at the King’s Birthday Party – Lost & Found’s third such outing, after Brussels in 2024 and Geneva in 2025 – it is officially inaugurated at Berlin’s famous Town Hall, the Rote Rathaus, between 28 July and 15 August 2025.

The exhibition has also been invited to the Globale – Bremen’s Festival for Border-Crossing Literature, between 27 October and 2 November 2025.
