Description

Brexit throws into sharp relief the human rights situation in Northern Ireland and the ongoing peace process, underpinned by The Good Friday Agreement 1998.  It is a delicate process undermined by both dissident protest and political intransigence. How has Brexit impacted, and how will it impact, upon Northern Ireland generally and, in particular, in connection with the human rights obligations embedded through The Good Friday Agreement?
