As part of the the UCL School of Public Policy's Policy and Practice Seminar Series, Sir Richard Aikens and Professor Sir Robert Tombs will give a lawyer's and a historian's case in support of Brexit.

Sir Richard Aikens and Professor Sir Robert Tombs will give a lawyer's and a historian's case in support of Brexit. Both speakers know Europe very well. Sir Richard Aikens was Vice President of the Council of Europe's Consultative Council of European Judges, is a former Court of Appeal judge and President of Lawyers for Britain. Robert Tombs is Professor of French history at Cambridge, an expert on popular political culture, and author of The English and their History, and That Sweet Enemy: Britain and France. Between them they will explain the intellectual case for Brexit.
