The third annual UCL Migration Research Unit Student Conference, with postgraduates from across disciplines will share their research and contribute to debates in contemporary migration studies.

Topics at this conference will include young migrants' access to education and health care, their treatment by different legal regimes, and questions of identity and representation.
The event will conclude with a talk by Carlos Saavedra, Immigrant Justice Organizer. Co-founder of the Student Immigrant Movement in Massachusetts and national coordinator for the United We Dream Network in the United States, Saavedra is an activist and consultant to immigrant rights organizations.
