Anna Applebaum, Director of Political Studies at the Legatum Institute, London & columnist for the Washington Post and Slate; author of 'Between East and West: Across the Borderlands of Europe', and 'GULAG: A History', which won the Pulitzer Prize for non-fiction in 2004 will be in conversation with Professor Geoffrey Hosking, (Emeritus Professor of Russian History, UCL) to discuss her latest work 'Iron Curtain: The Crushing of Eastern Europe 1944 - 1956'.
