UCL CampusVibe: Your chance to feed back on Estates services

We’re excited to announce the launch of UCL CampusVibe, a new initiative enabling the community to feedback in real-time about the estate.

How CampusVibe works

Linking into MyCampus, user feedback will be monitored alongside maintenance and service requests, shaping our understanding of a space. For example, how is it used and how could it be improved? Each terminal has a question focused on the experience in the space, and all you need to do is tap a smiley face, and if you have time add a comment with specific feedback.

Currently we have six terminals live in Bloomsbury and our ambition is to roll out the service more widely. We will use further terminals and QR codes to track satisfaction on teaching spaces, toilets, cleaning, security, and more.

What the community has told us so far

  • Cleanliness at Bidborough House is excellent, but there are sometimes problems with toilets and untidy desks
  • Communal spaces at the Student Centre are very clean, but cleanliness and maintenance in toilets needs improvement
  • Customers at the Wilkins Refectory have some ideas for improvements -  an online menu, being able to use cash, and microwaves
  • Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity and temperature regulation at Logan Hall could be more consistent
  • Our Campus Experience Security team at the Security Office and Student Centre are helpful, clear, and kind

Current terminal locations

  • 1-19 Torrington Place Foyer
  • Bentham House Foyer
  • Marshgate Refectory
  • Student Centre Café
  • School of Pharmacy
  • 109 Camden Road Reception

Tell us where you think our next terminal should be!

Estates Services Satisfaction survey

As part of CampusVibe, Estates is running a Services Satisfaction survey to see what staff think of day-to-day operations such as maintenance, cleaning, and logistics. The survey is open until Monday, 30 June and all staff who complete it are eligible to enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 vouchers.

Take the survey now!
