Frequently Asked Questions

If admitted, can I defer my start date?

Once admitted to the MSc programme, deferrals can be requested. An email should be sent to UCL Admissions requesting a deferral of enrollment. Deferrals are granted for one year beyond the initial date of admittance to the programme.

I am an offer-holder with a disability or serious medical condition who plans to start the MSc programme in the new academic year. Where should I register to be sure of obtaining any support services that I might need?

Please immediately register with UCL's Student Disability Services.

Can I transfer credits from another Institution?

Yes, you can. Full information on  UCL's Recogniton of Prior Learning can be found within UCL's Academic Manual (Chapter 2: Qualifications and Credit Framework, Section 6: Recognition of Prior Learning)
